Shipping policy

Thank your for shopping with Heavenly Sparkle Glitter Co.!  We are a small business and truly appreciate your support!

Processing Time - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Please note that business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays. 

Shipping - Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when available. 

We currently ship within the United States.  Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. 

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.  Heavenly Sparkle Glitter Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses - Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.  

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or imcomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. 

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships. 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages - Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier's responsibility.  

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors and contact your local post office or shipping carrier. 

Heavenly Sparkle Glitter Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages - We carefully package every order to help ensure your glitter arrives safely.  

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and products.  We will review the situation and work with you to determine the best resolution.
